In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, lemon zest, chili powder, cumin, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Put equal amounts of spice mixture on BOTH sides of salmon fillets, patting it down to adhere.
Bring a large skillet to medium high heat; add the olive oil and the sesame oil once skillet is hot. Carefully add the salmon fillets to the hot skillet, then reduce the heat to Medium.
Cook the other side of the fish for an additional 4 minutes, until done. Carefully remove salmon fillets from skillet and place on individual serving plates.
