Arrange chilled, mixed salad greens in bowl or on serving plate. Evenly distribute cranberries, feta, and toasted pecans over the top of salad. Pour salad dressing over top (as little or as much as you like). Mix and serve. Enjoy!
Prep time does not include time for salad dressing to refrigerate. It can be served right when you make it, but it definitely is better after having been refrigerated for awhile, so the flavors can co-mingle.
