Homemade Thousand Island Salad Dressing is a cinch to make in only 5 minutes! Use it on your favorite green salads, hamburgers or patty melts!
Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a medium bowl; stir until fully combined. Season with salt/pepper to taste (it doesn't take too much- start with ⅛ teaspoon, then add more, as desired). Stir until combined.
Check texture of the salad dressing. It is fairly thick. If you prefer it thinner, add small amount of milk (1-2 T. at a time). Add milk and stir until salad dressing reaches desired consistency.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap; refrigerate salad dressing at least 2-3 hours before serving, for best flavor. Serve, and enjoy on a favorite green salad or burger.
Store salad dressing in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 6-7 days.
NOTE: If interested in reducing the number of calories for this salad dressing, consider using light mayonnaise and/or light sour cream.
