Enjoy these easy to make, delicious sautèed mushrooms, as a garnish for grilled steak or chicken, or as a simple side dish!
In a medium skillet, melt 1 Tablespoon butter. Add cleaned, thinly sliced mushrooms to skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes on medium heat, stirring often, until mushrooms begin to soften and turn light brown.
Add 1/4 cup dry white wine to skillet, and continue cooking. Once liquid has cooked away and mushrooms are fully cooked, season lightly with garlic powder. Stir. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
