- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chives , chopped
- 1 Tablespoon dried dill weed (can also use fresh dill)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & black pepper , to taste
